Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices 6
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Chopped almond 10
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gram flour a pinch
  • Oil to deep fry

For Marination:

  • White flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First take out artery of shrimps, mark cut in center sot that it does not shrink.
  2. Now mix all ingredients for marination, marinate shrimps and leave for a while.
  3. Then mix shrimps with salt, black pepper and corn flour and mash it with fork.
  4. Now cut edges of bread slices and spread shrimps paste on it.
  5. Then beat 1 egg white and brush on bread slices.
  6. Now coat bread slices with bread crumbs and chopped almonds.
  7. Heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry bread slices until golden brown.
  8. In end, sprinkle gram flour so that it remains crispy.
  9. Shrimp fingers is ready.
