Chicken Enchiladas Pasta by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled pasta 1/2 packet
  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Enchiladas Sauce:

  • White flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Basil 1 pinch
  • Oregano 1/3 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For pasta: Put paste in hot water and boil with oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then take it out and put in cold water.
  3. When temperature of noodles becomes normal, put some oil and keep it aside.
  4. Put garlic paste and salt on chicken, fry it and keep it aside.
  5. For sauce: Add white flour and red chili paste in pan, roast it, take out and keep it aside.
  6. Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste and onion paste.
  7. Now add tomato paste, black pepper, crushed cumin, salt and basil and roast it.
  8. Then add white flour mixture and water as required and cook it.
  9. When sauce becomes thick, add oregano and mix it.
  10. Then add chicken and paste, mix it, take out in serving platter and serve.
