Ingredients:

  • Bhindi 250 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomato 2 slices
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First heat oil, fry bhindi slice for 5 minutes and take out.
  2. Add onion slice in this oil and fry until light golden.
  3. Then put ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, turmeric, salt, onion seeds and tomato slices and fry it nicely.
  4. After that, add fried bhindi, cover it and leave on simmer for 10 minutes.
