Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli 200 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 kg
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Kewra water 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For sugar syrup: Put sugar, water and yellow color and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now heat ghee and fry vermicelli until dark golden.
  3. Then put fresh milk and cook in high flame for 3-4 minutes and milk dries.
  4. Now put syrup, saffron and green cardamom.
  5. When syrup dries, then take it out.
  6. In end, garnish with almonds and pistachios slice.
