Chili Chicken Bhindi by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 12
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First cut top and bottom part of the lady fingers and mark cut in center.
  2. Now cut green chilies into halves.
  3. Then heat oil in the pan, fry lady fingers and green chilies and take out.
  4. Fry chopped onion in remaining oil.
  5. Now put ginger garlic paste, boneless chicken, red chili, salt, turmeric, roasted cumin and chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. When the chicken tenders, put lady fingers and green chilies and tamarind paste.
  7. Delicious chili chicken bhindi is ready.
