Italian Style Thin Pizza by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For pizza dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Fish Marination:

  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Paprika or Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Pizza Topping:

  • Pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Black green olives 1/2 cup
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 300 gm
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Basil 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 3 to 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Put salt, baking powder and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3 to 4 hours in warm place.
  3. Then take it out and fold dough with hand. Dough is ready.
  4. For fish: Cut boneless fish into squares, put i mixing bowl and marinate with salt, lemon juice and paprika or red chili powder.
  5. Then heat oil in pan and fry fish.
  6. Then take it out on tissue paper on plate, so that it absorbs oil.
  7. For topping: Grease oven tray with butter.
  8. Roll dough thin and set on oven tray.
  9. Then spread pizza sauce on dough, put fried fish and mushroom and sprinkle thyme and basil. Then put grated mozzarella cheese and set it.
  10. Then sprinkle oregano and put olives and press upper layer.
  11. Then bake pizza on 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  12. Then take it out, cut in slices and serve.
