Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander 2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan, put chicken boneless, salt and ginger garlic paste and cook it.
  2. Now mix green coriander and green chilies and grind it.
  3. When water of chicken dries, put grinded masala.
  4. Also add white vinegar, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and roast it nicely.
  5. Then put butter and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Nimbu dhanya murgh is ready.
