Ingredients:

  • Big green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion paste 2
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry big green chilies and take out.
  2. Now put onion paste and fry until light pink.
  3. Then put turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
  4. Then put fried chillies, white cumin powder, poppy seeds powder and crushed black pepper and roast it.
  5. Then put salt, butter and cream and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Dum mirch makhni is ready.
