Anday Aloo Ki Tahiri by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 500 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Egg 6
  • Onion 1
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Cardamom 3-4
  • Clove 3-4
  • Black cardamom 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1
  • Curry powder 2
  • Cumin powder 1-2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes and keep separate.
  2. Heat oil in pan and brown onion.
  3. Now put cinnamon, cardamom, clove and black cardamom and fry it.
  4. Now put red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt in mixing bowl and beat it.
  5. Then add in pan and roast until oil separates.
  6. Now put rice and water as required
  7. Then put green chilies and tomatoes and cook until water dries, add potatoes before simmer.
  8. When ready, take out in dish, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
