Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onions 6
  • Chopped raw mango 2-3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry chopped onions until light pink and take it out.
  2. Then put mutton, salt and ginger garlic paste and dry water.
  3. When water dries, add red chilies and turmeric and roast it lightly.
  4. Then put onion, curry leaves, chopped raw mangoes and green chilies and cover it.
  5. When water of onion dries, roast it lightly and put green coriander.
  6. Serve it with hot plain rice.
