Chicken Chowmein by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 small
  • Spring onion 1
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in boiled salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water, put cooled water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in frying pan and fry garlic and ginger.
  4. Now put chicken boneless and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add cabbage, carrot, spring onion and masala mix sachet and cook more for 1 minute.
  6. Now fold it and serve hot.
