Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and mash it.
  2. Now mix crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice. roasted cumin powder and chopped green chilies in it and make small small balls.
  3. Beat eggs in one bowl, mix corn flour and rice flour and mix it nicely.
  4. Then heat oil in karahi pan, dip balls in eggs, put in karahi pan and fry until golden.
  5. Serve with imli ki chutney.
