Five Spice Green Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Garlic 6-8 cloves
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Put 1-1/2 water in pan, put fresh coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves, sugar and mint and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put in blender with water, also add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend smooth.
  3. Five spice green chutney is ready.
