Macaroni Croquettes by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (cubes) 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili sliced 3-4
  • Carrot sliced 1 medium
  • Spring onion sliced 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Bread slice 2
  • Bake parlor pasta and bake parlor masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil paste in salted water for 5 minutes until it remains 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat 5 tbsp oil in pan add ginger garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Then put chicken and masala mix sachet and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Then add 2 cups of water and cook until it boils.
  6. Then cook 15 minutes more on medium heat.
  7. Now remove cover and cook on high flame until water dries.
  8. Put bread slice, cooked chicken, carrot, green chilies and spring onion in chopper and make fine mince.
  9. Now mix pasta in this mixture nicely.
  10. Now make croquettes of mince.
  11. Heat oil in fry pan, fry them on both sides and serve hot bake parlor BBQ sauce.
