Ingredients:

  • White lentil 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves chopped 10 to 12
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind soaked white lentil in chopper and mix mixture well with spoon.
  2. Now put chopped onion, green chilies, ginger and curry leaves, mix it nicely and keep for hour.
  3. Mix salt and soda just before frying.
  4. Then deep fry until golden.
  5. Now serve with chutney and sanbar.
