Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Clove 2
  • Chopped small cardamoms 6
  • Dry dates 8
  • Finely chopped pistachios 15
  • Finely chopped almonds 10-12
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take out seeds of dry dates and cut into 4 pieces each.
  2. Put ghee in pot and put chopped small cardamoms and cloves.
  3. When fragrance comes, put finely vermicelli and roast it lightly.
  4. Then take out vermicelli, put dry dates, finely chopped pistachios and finely chopped almonds, fry it and take out.
  5. Now remove pot, cool for 5 minutes and put milk.
  6. Then put sugar and cook for some while.
  7. When sugar dissolves, put vermicelli and dry dates, pistachios and almonds and serve hot.
