Tom Yam Soup by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Lemon leaves 3
  • Lemon grass 3
  • Boranga 1
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Tom yam paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Fish sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Chicken cube 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Put water, chicken cube, chicken slice, boranga, lemon grass, lemon leaves and green chilies in pot and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add mushroom, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, fish sauce, Chinese salt, fresh coriander and salt, mix it nicely and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then take out in dish.
  4. Garnish with green coriander and lemon juice and serve.
