Ingredients:

  • Chicken bones 500 gm
  • Chopped garlic 5-6
  • Chopped ginger 1 inch
  • Spring onion 3-4 sticks
  • Carrot 1

For Fish Balls:

  • Fish boneless 250 gm
  • White peppers 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Chopped spring 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Garnishing:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Chopped spring onion 2-3 sticks
  • Fried garlic 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Boiled carrot slice 1
  • Boiled beans 50 gm
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For balls: Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste nicely.
  2. Now make small small balls, put in boiled water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then take it out from water and keep it aside.
  4. Chicken balls are ready.
  5. For soup: Add chicken bones, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, spring onions and carrot in pot.
  6. Put 2 jugs of water and leave for 2-3 hours.
  7. Soup is ready.
  8. For garnishing: Heat oil in pan, put garlic cloves and fry it.
  9. When garlic is brown, add stock and make bhagar.
  10. Now put boiled carrot and boiled beans and cook for 3-4 hours.
  11. Then add boiled noodles in bowl.
  12. Then add chicken or balls.
  13. Put fried garlic, black pepper, green chilies, vinegar, Chinese salt and salt and put soup in end.
  14. Now garnish with green onions and serve.
