Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks 8
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Onion rings to serve

Method:

  1. Mark cut in chicken.
  2. Now marinate with lemon juice, salt, chili powder, curd, cream, corn flour, ginger garlic and chaat masala for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  4. Then keep chicken on wire rack and grill for 30 minutes.
  5. Brush with oil in center of time.
  6. In end, serve with onion rings and chutney.
