Ingredients:

  • Black lentil 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 4
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash black lentil and soak it.
  2. Now put more 2 cups hot water.
  3. Also put turmeric, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and cook it.
  4. When lentil is tendered well, mash it.
  5. Then put cream and salt, cook for a while and simmer it on low flame.
  6. Then heat oil in frying pan and put butter and garlic.
  7. When garlic is golden brown, put in lentil and serve hot with plain rice.
