Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 8
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Lemons 4
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Oil 1 cup

To Boil Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • All spice few
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Soak rice.
  2. Then drain its water and put fresh water again.
  3. Also put mint leaves, small cardamom, all spice, salt, vinegar, green chilies and black cumin and boil 2/4th.
  4. Then drain water.
  5. Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden and spread on tissue so it becomes crisp.
  6. Then put yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili, all spice powder, green chilies and small cardamom and roast it lightly.
  7. Now put mint leaves and lemon juice.
  8. Then peel boiled eggs, fry it lightly in frying pan, put in masalay, roast it little and take out eggs.
  9. Now grease rice pot and make layer of half rice.
  10. Then make layer of masalay and put some crushed fried onion.
  11. Then make layer of remaining rice.
  12. Mix milk and food color, put it and simmer it.
  13. In end, put lemon juice.
