Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Baigan 3-4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  2. Now add mince and roast it.
  3. Then add yogurt, tomato puree, salt, red chili paste and turmeric, mix it and roast until mince dries.
  4. Then mix lemon juice and remove it.
  5. Cut baigan into round slices, put salt and fry on tawa.
  6. Now grease baking rat with butter and make layer of baigan.
  7. Put mixture on top.
  8. In end, sprinkle cheese and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C until golden.
  9. Then take it out and serve.
