Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1 kg
  • Chopped onions 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Chopped almonds 4 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies as required
  • Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put big pieces of cauliflower, fry it and take it out.
  2. Now add ginger, garlic, cumin, salt, turmeric, red chilies, bay leaves and onion in remaining oil and roast on high flame.
  3. Then beat yogurt and tomatoes and put in gobi.
  4. Now put green chilies, green coriander, almonds and cream on top and cover it for 10 minutes.
  5. Then close stove.
  6. Shahi gobi is ready.
