Ingredients:

For Meat Balls:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1 soaked in milk

For Rice:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
  • Saffron crushed 1/4 tsp
  • Stock cube 1
  • Water 2-1/2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For meat balls: Put all ingredients in chopper and grind until smooth.
  2. Then make meat balls, fry it and keep it aside.
  3. For rice: Heat butter and oil in frying pan and fry onion and coriander seeds.
  4. Now put yogurt with coriander, saffron, salt, black pepper, cumin, green chilies, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, stock cube and water.
  5. When mixture boils, add rice and cook until rice is ready.
  6. Then put fried meat balls and simmer it.
  7. In end, take it out in platter and serve it.
