Ingredients:

  • Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 3 cups

Ingredients for filling:

  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Mince - 500 gms
  • Onions - 2
  • Capsicum - 1
  • All spice powder - 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes -  4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. For making dough, in a bowl add yeast, water and sugar. Then add olive oil and slowly and gradually add flour and mix well.
  2. If required then add more water and make a dough.
  3. Keep the dough in a greased bowl and keep it covered in a warm place.
  4. For filling, heat oil, add mince and cook till it turns brown.
  5. Now add onions and capsicum and cook till they become soft.
  6. Then add tomatoes and wait till the water gets dry.
  7. Close the stove and add salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder and leave it aside.
  8. For making Fatayer, make balls from the dough you have made.
  9. In the center of it put the mince mixture.
  10. Make a triangular shape and seal the corners.
  11. Fry on medium heat and serve hot.
