Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken fillet 6
  • Lemon zest 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Beaten egg 2
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut chicken fillet from center, smash it lightly and mix salt.
  2. Now mix bread crumbs and lemon zest nicely and keep it aside.
  3. Then mix flour, black pepper, corn flour, salt and baking powder in dish.
  4. Now take one fillet, coat with masala and dip in beaten egg.
  5. Then coat with masala and dip again in eggs.
  6. Coat with bread crumbs like this method 3-4 times.
  7. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry fillet until golden.
  8. When serve, put some lemon zest and serve with french fries and tomato ketchup.
