Crunchy Chicken Strips by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp

For Batter:

  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Cold water as required
  • Fried to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, vinegar and chili sauce.
  2. Then dip in batter and then roll in dry flour.
  3. Repeat this method again.
  4. Now deep fry it until crisp and golden.
  5. Then remove from stove and serve with fries.
