Ingredients:

  • Keema 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Potatoes 1-2
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Garam Masala Ingredients:

  • Cumin 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Cardamoms3-4
  • Small cardamom 3-4
  • Cinnamon 3-4 sticks
  • Nutmeg 1
  • Mace 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Eggs boiled & slices 2-3
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Put vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, potatoes, onion and mint leaves in keema.
  2. Now put water and boil keema.
  3. Then take out potatoes and keema, mash potatoes nicely and mix in keema nicely.
  4. Now add beaten egg and mix it.
  5. Now spread mixture in hand, keep egg slice and give shape of cutlets.
  6. Now fry all squaches in hot oil and serve with ketchup.
