Strawberry Falooda by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Milk 1/2 liter
• Falooda vermicelli 1 cup
• Strawberry jelly 1 cup
• Strawberry 1 cup
• Cream 1 pakcet
• Strawberry ice cream 1/2 liter
• Sugar 4 tbsp
• Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Blend strawberry ice cream, sugar and milk in blender nicely.
2. Now add 2 cup water and jelly, cook it, cool it separately and set it.
3. Then cut jelly into small small pieces.
4. Now put crushed ice in glass put falooda and then jelly.
5. Then put beaten milk and ice cream and sprinkle almonds.
6. Strawberry falooda is ready.
