Ingredients:

  • Beef (small pieces) 1 kg
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves for serving
  • Onion for serving
  • Lemon for serving

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with papaya paste, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt.
  2. Now heat oil, fry it, take it out and serve with mint leaves, onion and lemon.
