Italian Chicken Bake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 2 oz
  • Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Thinly Sliced Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cream - 200 gms
  • Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Garlic Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chilies - 4
  • Boiled Pasta - 2 cups
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
  • Sliced Pickled Cucumber - 2
  • Jalapenos Pepper - 2 tbsp
  • Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and butter.
  2. Add crushed garlic, chicken and fry till the chicken gets soft.
  3. Now add salt, black pepper, chicken powder, red chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, sriracha sauce, flour and cook well till it turns thick.
  4. Take a greased dish and spread boiled pasta on it.
  5. Add the ready chicken mixture on top of pasta and spread.  
  6. Now add cheddar cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs.
  7. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with garlic bread.
