Mustard Prawn With Vegetables by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Prawn 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Boiled vegetables as required
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate prawns with garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and oil for 20 minutes.
  2. Now oil in frying pan and saute boiled vegetables.
  3. Also add some salt and take it out.
  4. Then fry prawns in this pan and keep with vegetables.
