Thai Chicken Saute By Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast Cubed 2
corn flour 1 tbsp
fish Sauce tbsp
Oil 4tsp
Silced Onion 1 cuo
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
Ginger Chopped    1 tsp
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Sriracha or Hot Chilli Sauce 2 tps
Sugar 1tbsp
Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
Lemon Wedges to servce

Method:

Toss chicken with cornflour and fish sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon oil.
Add chicken to pan and saute 5 minute minutes.
Add onion, garlic, ginger and saute. Stir in coconut milk, Sriracha or any hot chilli sauce, sugar, sugar, and juice:
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Serve chicken mixture over boiled rice with lemon wedges.
