Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

• Butter 8 oz
• Brown sugar 1 cup
• Granulated sugar 1 cup
• Eggs 2
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Flour 2 cups
• Corn flour 1/4 cup
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Baking soda 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Chocolate chips 1 cup
• Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
• Milk 1/2 cup
  

Method:

1. Grease 9 inch pie dish with butter paper and line it.
2. Now mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and corn flour and strain it.
3. Then mix butter, brown sugar and sugar and beat it.
4. Now add eggs and beat it.
5. Then add vanilla essence.
6. Then fold flour mixture with milk and chocolate chips.
7. Now spread batter on pan and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
8. Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
9. Now cool in pan for 15 minutes and take it out.
