Ingredients :

  • Ripe Bananas 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • Dates( pitted and chopped) 3
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Ice Cubes 3-4

Method :

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree together until smooth.
