Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Soda bi carb 1/2 tsp
  • Bajray ka ata 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4-6

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with all ingredients except bajray ka ata for 2 hours.
  2. Then mix bajray ka ata nicely and deep fry it.
