Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Chicken mince 2 cups
  • Onions 2
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cups
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg & Bread crumbs as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put potatoes, butter, salt and coriander leaves in flour and knead it.
  2. Now fry onion, put green chilies, chicken mince, salt and mushrooms and cook it.
  3. Now make portions of kneaded dough, roll pori, put mince and make roll.
  4. Then dip in eggs and bread crumbs, fry it, cut it and serve.
