Ingredients:

  • Minced beef 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

For Kachori:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Jaggery syrup 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put flour, salt, jaggery and soda in bowl, mix it nicely and put water so that dough becomes soft.
  2. Don't  knead hard.
  3. Cover it, so that it becomes yeast nicely.
  4. Put beef, ginger garlic paste and salt in frying pan, put salt and dry water.
  5. Now mix red chilies, black pepper, cumin and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
  6. When it cools, add onion, green chilies and green coriander.
  7. Now heat oil in wok.
  8. Wet your hands, keep some mince, close from 4 sides, make kachori, fry on medium flame until light golden and take it out.
  9. Keema kachori is ready.
  10. Serve with yogurt raita and tamarind chutney.
