Dry Beef Chili Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 12
  • Capsicum 1
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Rice:

  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Knorr chicken soup stock 1 packet
  • Spring onions 250 gm
  • Corns 2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut green chilies into pieces, wash it and take out it seeds.
  2. Now heat oil, fry green chilies, take it out and fry garlic in remaining oil.
  3. When aroma comes, cut undercut into big big pieces and fry it.
  4. Then do flame low and put black pepper, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce and corn flour dissolved in water.
  5. When it boils, close stove and put capsicum.
  6. For rice: Heat oil in pan and put garlic and water.
  7. Then put corn, stock, black pepper and spring onions and cook it.
  8. Now add boiled rice, simmer it for 5 minutes and close stove.
