Haryali Chewra Pakora by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 300 gm
  • Chewra 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put gram flour, garlic paste,onion, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander, green chilies and salt in mixing bowl and make thick batter with water.
  2. Then add chewra and mix it.
  3. Then heat oil in pan, fry pakoray on medium flame and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  4. Serve with sauce or chutney.
