Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry dough 300 gm
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped mix vegetables 200 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, mix vegetables, beef mince, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and salt and roast it until water dries.
  3. Then take it out and cool it.
  4. Now roll puff pastry dough, spread mince mixture and roll it.
  5. Then cut into pieces as required.
  6. Now bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, take it out and serve with chutney.
