Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 200 gm
  • All spice 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Knorr chicken soup stock 1

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely.
  2. Now mix turmeric, red chilies, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, chaat masala, salt and all spice in yogurt and make paste.
  3. Then marinate chicken with this paste for 1 hour.
  4. Then grease baking tray, preheat oven and bake chicken for 15 minutes.
  5. Then serve with salad and ketchup.
