Jumbo Prawn With Curry Sauce by Chef Irfan Wasti

Ingredients:

  • Jumbo prawns 1/2 kg
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Egg whites 3
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Corn flour as required
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put egg whites, corn flour and salt in blender, blend it and put oil gradually gradually.
  2. When all oil finish and thick batter is ready, put flour and mix it.
  3. Now put garlic paste, salt, green chilies, white pepper and lemon juice on prawns and mix it.
  4. Now dip in eggs batter and fry on low flame.
