Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Banana 2
  • Date 1 cup
  • Nestle milk pak cream 1 cup
  • Ice 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Tukh malanga 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak tukh malanga in 1/2 cup water.
  2. Now put banana, date, cream, sugar and ice in blender and blend it.
  3. Then add tukh malanga, mix it nicely, take out in glasses and serve.
