Ingredients:

For Gulab Jamun:

  • Dry milk powder 2 cups
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Pistachios for garnish

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Kewra essence few drops

Method:

  1. For syrup: Put water and sugar in pan and cook until it is thick.
  2. Now add kewra essence, mix it and remove it.
  3. Syrup is ready.
  4. For gulab jamun: Add dry milk powder, maida, baking powder, ghee and beaten eggs in mixing bowl, knead it and make portions.
  5. Then heat oil in pan on medium flame, put portions and stir pan continuously.
  6. Then take it out, put in syrup immediately and leave it.
  7. Noe put gulab jamun in serving dish.
  8. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
