Ingredients:

  • Sugar cane juice 1 kg
  • Bread rice 1/2 cup
  • Milk 250 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Silver paper 3-4
  • Almonds or Pistachios 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put 125 gm milk in mixing bowl, soak rice and grind it.
  2. Now put 125 gm milk in pan, add sugar and dissolve it.
  3. Now add milk rice mixture.
  4. Also add sugar cane juice and cook it.
  5. Now put cardamom powder and cook it nicely.
  6. When mixture is thick, add kewra essence and mix it.
  7. Then soak mud pot in water, put kheer and cool it.
  8. Then garnish with silver paper, almonds and pistachios and serve.
