Chili Corn Carne by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Beef 300 gm
  • Chopped onion 3/4 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped chili 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Beans 1 can
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add beef, onion and garlic in big saucepan, cook for 5 minutes and stir it continuously.
  2. Then add tomatoes, chili, beans and tomato paste and cook it.
  3. Now low flame, cook more for 10 minutes and serve hot.
