Paneer Palak Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Boiled spinach 1 kg
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 4-5
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, saute spinach and cook until it is soft.
  2. Then grind it and make paste.
  3. Then heat oil in pan, add garlic paste and fry it.
  4. Then add beef, mix it and roast it.
  5. Now add water as required and tender beef.
  6. Then cut red chilies into 2 pieces and put it.
  7. Then put cumin seeds, mustard seeds and green chilies, roast it slightly, add some water and cook it.
  8. Now add spinach paste, lemon juice and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. When salan is ready, take out in serving dish and cut cottage cheese into cubes.
  10. Then dry it slightly and put on salan.
  11. Then garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
