Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream 6 cups
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat cream until it separates.
  2. Then strain butter milk.
  3. Then keep strainer on bowl, put butter, knead all water and drain it.
  4. Now keep it fridge.
  5. Use it after 2 weeks.
