Frosted Chocolate Chip Brownies by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Butter softened 4 oz
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla 2 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
  • Nuts chopped 1/2 cup

For Frosting:

  • Chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 2 cups

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Now add eggs one by one and beat each nicely by putting one egg.
  3. Then put chocolate syrup, vanilla and flour gradually gradually.
  4. Now stir chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Now put this batter in 13x9 inch pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Now take it out and cool on wire wrack.
  7. For frosting: Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave and stir until smooth.
  8. Now cool it for 5 minutes.
  9. Then add cream and lemon juice.
  10. Now put icing sugar gradually gradually and beat until smooth.
  11. Then frost brownie, cut into squares and keep in fridge.
